Wyman Park

Wyman Park is an exclusive, custom home development with new homes starting at $800,000 located just outside of Cary on Penny Road.

Old Mill Stream completely designed the plant and irrigation layout.

Material used on this project include 14 "Claudia Wannamaker" Magnolias which were shipped from out-of state and installed using a crane. These beauties measured over 10 feet across at the base and are 16 feet tall!.

Besides the Magnolias, other material included over 200 4-5 foot tall Needlepoint Holly, 50 10 Gallon Carissa Holly, 2 tractor trailer loads of hardwood mulch and more than a tractor trailer of sod.

Old Mill Stream installed a state-of-the-art automated irrigation system as an assurance of lasting, eloquent beauty.
